THE PERFECT ACCOMMODATIONS

The ground floor of our townhome has a large master bedroom with a brand new king size bed, private bath and a great view of exotic gardens. The spacious loft bedroom features one queen bed and one twin bed and a television/sitting area with television and a futon couch that converts to a double bed. Downstairs there is a second bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room and dining area have cable color television/dvd, stereo with CD player, and telephone. All rooms have tropical ceiling fans as wells as air conditioning and Hawaiian rattan furniture with tropical prints.

Sliding glass doors lead to a large tiled lanai - a great place for relaxing or eating. There are lounge chairs, a table and chairs and a kettle barbeque for cooking Hawaiian style.

Our townhome is in a quiet location in the middle of Puamana with incredible gardens in the back and a one-minute walk to the tennis court, two of the swimming pools, Clubhouse, and the beach. Come stay in our tropical paradise and forget the rest of the world for a short while or stay for an extended retreat. There is only one Maui and THERE IS ONLY ONE PUAMANA!

TOWNHOME AMENITIES: 2 full bathrooms, ceiling fans, air conditioning, barbeque, private lanai, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, telephone, stereo w/ CD player, DVD player, 2 televisions, linens, washer and dryer. There is overnight parking for ONE vehicle only. The Puamana Community Association has set this limit for vehicles per unit on property overnight. Sorry, no exceptions. Please, no smoking inside our townhome or on the lanai.

And now, WIRELESS INTERNET! We have just installed a DSL line w/wireless modem that is wonderfully fast but will not refund rent if this fails to work w/your computer. Unless you have a "universal" e-mail (i.e. Yahoo, Hotmail), there is a chance you could have a problem w/your e-mail access (one major internet provider's software seems to be interferring w/e-mail access). We have Yahoo and have had no problems whatsoever. So, please be aware that we do NOT guarantee the connection.

PUAMANA AMENITIES: 3 swimming pools, clubhouse, volleyball, paddle ball, tennis, snorkeling, diving, shelling, surfing, biking, hiking, fishing.

LAHAINA, MAUI AMENTIES: Shopping, restaurants, live theatre, movie theatres, museums, Starbucks, fitness center, yoga, golf, horseback riding, Lahaina Marina with boating, surfing, sailing, snorkeling trips, whale watching excursions, fishing trips, waterskiing, parasailing, jet skiing.

All this and world-class windsurfing and kiteboarding only a short drive away!

You’ll get much better rates  booking through us than you would by going through a travel or rental agency. Our rates are as follows:

High Season – November 21st  through April 15th  –

For stays from 7 to 13 days - $275 a night.

For stays of 14 days and longer - $245 a night.

Low Season – April 16th  through November 20th –

From 7 to 13 days - $210 a night –

For 14 days and longer $210 a night –

Rates do not include the Hawaiian tax. We have a minimum stay requirement which is 5 nights.  For stays shorter than 7 nights the cleaning fee we incur will be charged to the renter.  At this time that fee is $190.00. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

A $500 refundable security deposit is due within 10 days of your booking. The deposit is completely refundable as long as there are no damages, lost items, or excessive cleaning charges, and if the reservation is not cancelled 45 days prior to your arrival. Total payment for the rental of the townhouse is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival."
